1. Are all the rental-prices all-inclusive?
Rental prices:  inclusive of all charges except a cleaning fee of 60 euro.

2. How do we get keys once we've booked an apartment?
Keys:  We'll mail the keys two weeks prior to departure so you'll have immediate access to the apartment upon your arrival.

3. Who cleans the apartments?
Housecleaning:  We have an excellent housekeeper.  The apartment will be clean prior to your arrival.  We just ask that you leave it tidy upon your departure; housekeeper will then take care of all of the towels, linens, cleaning, etc.

4. Is there air-conditioning in the apartments?
No air conditioning.  Fans are provided in each apartment.

5. What is the minimum length of stay?
Apartments are generally rented by the week with additional days pro-rated. Occasionally, if we have availability we will rent by the night. Email for per night rates.

6. What are the cancellation terms?
We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control require cancellation. If you cancel:
90 days prior to your arrival - total rent refundable.
60-90 days prior to your arrival - 50% refundable.
30 days prior to your arrival - non refundable.
If we can fully re-rent your reservation, we will be happy to provide a full refund minus 100 euro fee.

7. How safe are the neighborhoods?
All of our apartments are located in very safe, chic neighborhoods.

8. What happens if there is a maintenance problem?
We have an excellent local contact/manager in Paris to handle any maintenance issues.

9. Are the apartments fully equipped? What should I bring?
Apartments are fully equipped and ready for occupancy

10. How far ahead should we book an apartment?
Book as far in advance as possible.  Occasionally we have last minute availability.  Just email and we'll try to accomodate you.

11. Is smoking or pets allowed?
Absolutely no smoking!  No pets.

12. What if we have a very early or very late arrival?
Very late or early arrival possible - just needs to be pre-arranged.
