*Minimum length of stay is one week (7 nights)

In order to secure your reservation, we require a payment of 50% of the rental cost, unless we are within 60 days of your arrival. If you are within 60 days of your arrival, we require full payment.

Cancellation
We understand that sometimes circumstances beyond your control require cancellation. If you cancel:
90 days prior to your arrival - total rent refundable
60-90 days prior to your arrival - 50% refundable
30 days prior to your arrival - non-refundable.

If we can fully re-rent your reservation, we will be happy to provide a full refund minus 100 euro fee.
